Land Caldas de Aregos Douro

Located in the municipality of Resende in Caldas de Aregos, in the rapidly developing Douro region, under construction for housing and also for tourist facilities.
With its enormous beauty, due to the proximity and views of the Douro River, it is situated on its banks, which gives it unique characteristics.
This plot of land, totalling 13,4000 m2, which will in the meantime be divided into two articles, an area of almost 4000 m2, was used for the extension of the 222 national road.
Despite being rustic land, and due to all the surroundings and construction, it will be possible to build 4 to 7 semi-detached houses, depending on the plot.

Calda de Aregos is a spa resort located next to the River Douro and is part of the municipality of Resende (Douro Sul).
It is made up of two parishes, Miomães and Anreade, which are divided by the Ribeiro da Cesta.
There is a small amphitheatre-shaped settlement on the river. It is around 90 kilometres from the city of Porto and 38 kilometres from the city of Lamego. It has a unique natural scenic beauty. It is said that Afonso Henriques, the first King of Portugal, was treated here in its sulphurous waters.
Every year, between the months of May and October, thousands of people come here from all over the country for a variety of treatments, including rheumatism, respiratory diseases, skin diseases, etc.
